In this photo we have a girl cosplaying a Sailor Moon character. I don't believe that there is much explaining needed to be done, but I can say it is from the anime/manga titles: "Sailor Moon".

These photos were taken at Tokyo Big Site in Odaiba Island, Tokyo, Japan. It was during the Comiket 78, in the summer of 2010. It was an amazing event! All the cosplayers were wearing amazing costumes, regardless of the killer heat and humidity!
